Dibs (“we”) helps customers book local services and helps businesses manage those bookings. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, password hash
• Booking details: services, times, assigned staff, notes you provide
• Device tokens (optional) for push notifications on mobile apps
• Basic usage logs for security and reliability

How we use it

• To create and manage your bookings
• To notify you about confirmations, reminders, and changes
• To operate Dibs Business for owners and staff

Sharing

We share booking details with the business you book. We use optional providers (email/SMS/push) only when configured. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & deletion

You can request account deletion from Profile. Booking and payment records may be retained as needed for the business and legal compliance.
