By using Dibs or Dibs Business you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

Accounts

Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Business owners are responsible for staff they invite.

Bookings

Appointments are between you and the business. Cancellation and reschedule windows follow each business’s policy when set. Dibs provides the booking platform; service quality is the business’s responsibility.

Payments

Optional deposits may be collected when a business enables them. Refunds follow the business’s policy and payment provider rules.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the platform, scrape data, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
